At BASTAH, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your handbag, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Returns
1. Eligibility:
You may return your handbag if it has a manufacturing defect. This policy is valid for one week after your purchase date.
2. Notification:
To initiate a return, please send us a direct message on Instagram or WhatsApp with a picture of the defective bag.
3. Return Process:
- Once we verify the issue, we will provide you with the return address.
- Please return the bag to the specified address.
- A refund, including the delivery fee, will be processed and transferred to your account upon receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
Eligibility:
If you would like to exchange your handbag due to damage, please notify us within one week of your purchase.
Notification:
Send us a direct message on Instagram or WhatsApp with a picture of the damaged bag.
Exchange Process:
- After verifying the damage, a rider will deliver a replacement bag to you within 1-2 weeks.
- You can hand over the faulty bag to the same rider during the exchange.
Important Notes
- Please ensure that all returns and exchanges are initiated within one week of purchase.
- We recommend keeping your receipt and any packaging until you are sure you are satisfied with your handbag.
